President: Rick Barry (2010/2011/2012)
A former textbook editor, Rick Barry is currently Director of Church Planting Ministries at BIEM, a Christian mission working in the lands of the former USSR. In addition to his missionary role, in his spare time Rick has successfully freelanced hundreds of published articles, devotionals, short stories, and two novels. He enjoys international travel and has formally studied Russian, French, and Spanish. To this day, he still does freelance editing for Answers magazine.

Believing that all experiences in life contribute potential fuel for his fiction, Rick enjoys getting away from his desk and engaging in outdoor activities, which have included skydiving, mountain climbing, rappelling, canoeing, kayaking, wilderness hiking, white-water rafting, hot-air ballooning, a high-ropes course through tree tops, visiting the D-Day beaches in Normandy, France, and sailing on a reproduction of an 1800s schooner.

He has been married to his wife Pam for 31 years, and they live in Indiana. They have two adult children.

Vice President: Darren Kehrer (2012)
Darren Kehrer reads science fiction and Christian speculative fiction. Darren works in the world of retail. His career includes being a store manager for several "big-box" retail stores, a district manager for an Indiana hobby store chain, and a store manager for two different Christian bookstore companies.
Darren has been referenced by Christian Retailing Magazine, participated in the process of fact-checking for Star Trek: The Encyclopedia, and is currently working on a Christian speculative fiction manuscript. His love of science fiction, combined with his Christian retail background, gives him an additional perspective into the world of Christian fiction. Darren is also the Blogmaster for Hoosier Ink and publishes the ACFW Indiana monthly newsletter.

Treasurer: Ronda Wells
(2010/2011/2012)
Ronda Wells has volunteered as a hostess for workshops and late night chats at the ACFW national conference, and thinks that joining ACFW in 2003 was one of the best things she ever did. She writes medical suspense--and by day, is a physician, by night, a daring doctor saving the world from the newest medical threat. She is married, with two children and a brand-new daughter-in-law, and enjoys the opportunity to serve Indiana ACFW as treasurer.

Additionally, he's had several letters to the editor published in both the Nashville Tennessean and the Indianapolis Star. In his free time (what's that?), he is a fan of the WNBA, and with Becky, his wife of 28 years, has visited over 35 different zoos around the country.
